He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Krystek served in the U.S. Air Force leading an Emergency Services Team focused on special weapons and tactics, force protection, and anti-terrorism before transitioning to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, where he served as a police officer and trainer. He later supported national security efforts with the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration. Krystek founded Progressive F.O.R.C.E.
