Both are committed to supporting their clients and strengthening the communities they serve.” Rosa Lucero began her career with Nevada State Bank more than 20 years ago and was part of the original team that helped establish the bank’s small business banking group. She provides banking and lending services to small business clients and draws on earlier experience as a branch manager to maintain a strong client-focused approach. A Las Vegas resident for more than 30 years, Lucero is actively involved in the community, serving as Secretary of the Nevada Hispanic Business Group and Trustee for Olive Crest. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and Green Our Planet. Lucero earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. John Whitehead brings more than 22 years of commercial banking and credit experience, helping small business clients grow across a variety of industries. A two-decade Las Vegas resident, he is actively involved in the community through the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board, Leadership Henderson Class of 2022, and the Angel Charitable Corporation. He also serves as Vice President of the Integrity Business Professionals BNI chapter and is an active member of NAIOP. Whitehead earned his bachelor’s degree from Rider University with a double major in finance and management along with a minor in business law.
