Shooting Stars Foundation Invites Community to Upcoming Charity Golf Tournament for Autism

Shooting Stars Foundation is a Henderson/Las Vegas–based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families by providing access to critical resources, financial assistance, and community-driven support. Founded by individuals with firsthand experience navigating an autism diagnosis, the Foundation was established to address gaps many families face when seeking timely and effective services.

To further its mission, Shooting Stars Foundation will host its 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament on April 25 at 7:30 a.m. at Wildhorse Golf Course. The four-person scramble, shotgun-style tournament will bring together community members, local businesses, and supporters to raise funds and awareness for children with autism and their families. The tournament entry fee is $150 per participant, with additional support generated through corporate and community sponsorships.

Event highlights include on-course contests and a hole-in-one opportunity featuring a $10,000 cash prize. Proceeds from the tournament directly support Shooting Stars Foundation’s financial assistance initiatives and free community programs. In 2025 alone, the Foundation distributed more than $150,000 to help families overcome financial barriers related to therapy, education, and essential care services.

Through its programs and outreach efforts,  Shooting Stars Foundation helps families access essential services such as Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, educational resources, parent education opportunities, and advocacy support. The organization is committed to reducing barriers to care while empowering families with the knowledge and tools needed to help their children thrive.
