SBA Refinance Program

Oregon Cascades West business lending department has been doing small business lending since 1983. Partnering with banks to provide small business financing utilizing SBA, USDA, Linn County, Lincoln County programs and other locally funded programs to help existing and start-up businesses grow and expand.

As the economy changes, so do the needs of the small business owner. SBA has provided several ARRA programs over the last two years to help the small business owner through this very difficult economy. The SBA Refinance program has never been done before and will end September 27, 2012. The idea is to allow the small business owner to refinance his owner occupied building and property, utilizing the equity in the building as their injection with very little or no out of pocket costs.

The current rate for this program is 4.79% fixed for 20 years and can refinance debt that is non-federally funded. Existing SBA or USDA loans are ineligible.
