In this half day program, we’ll engage with a simple, proven model to help anticipate, recognize, and work through conflict in a healthy and productive way. With multiple examples, simple application, and engaging stories, you’ll grow your skills at navigating through conflict, so you can demonstrate resilience in the face of disagreement and maintain your calm!
