Strauss Festival of Elk Grove
Description
The Strauss Festival is a classical music and dance event performed by an all volunteer cast and crew. Beautiful costumes, live orchestra music with a yearly theme. This year the theme goes back to the beginnings of Strauss in 1987 with Vienna Once More. Food trucks, beer and wine and Strauss merchandise is available for sale each of the four nights. A parking charge of $10 per car is the only charge to see the full scale professional performance. The dates this year are July 23-26, 2026 in Elk Grove Regional Park. Promenade around the park begins at 7:30 p.m. with show starting at 8:15 p.m. Fireworks each of the four nights conclude the show each evening. This festival is unique to Elk Grove and the region.
