Learn how to use LivePlan, a powerful business planning tool, to begin building a structured, lender-ready business plan.

A strong business plan is essential for launching, growing, or funding your business, but many entrepreneurs struggle with where to begin.  During this interactive workshop, Dr. Wright introduces participants to LivePlan, the Florida SBDC’s guided business planning software designed to help entrepreneurs organize ideas, develop financial projections, and create a clear roadmap for success.

During this session, participants will learn:

• The key components of an effective business plan
• How LivePlan simplifies the planning process
• How to organize business goals and strategies
• The role of financial projections in planning and funding
• How SBDC consultants use LivePlan to support clients

Participants will leave with an understanding of how LivePlan supports business planning and how continued consulting can help complete and refine their plan.

Following the workshop, participants may work one-on-one with a Florida SBDC Business Consultant, provided at no cost, to develop and strengthen their business plan using LivePlan.
