Valencia College’s Procurement team will be hosting a supplier outreach event, “How to Do Business with Valencia College,” on April 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM  at the West Campus Special Events Center. This event is open to the public and designed to help vendors better understand how to work with the College.
 
Attendees will receive an overview of Valencia College, be introduced to our Procurement department, and learn key processes such as supplier registration, how to respond to solicitations, and general requirements for doing business with the College.

Valencia College Procurement will be hosting a “How to Do Business” event for our vendors that will be open to the public.

Valencia College Procurement is hosting our first “How to Do Business with Valencia College” outreach event for vendors. This event is open to the public. The goal of this event is to provide an overview of Valencia College, introduce the Valencia College Procurement department, and walk vendors through our processes—such as supplier registration, how to respond to solicitations, and general requirements for doing business with the College.

Please park in parking lots G or F, as these are closest to Building 8 (Special Events Center)

Important: If you are bringing more than one person from your company, please be sure to register everyone attending so we have enough seats.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday, April 17th at Valencia College.
