NMB Residents are also encouraged to take advantage of ongoing free wellness services offered by the Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida (H.A.N.A.).
Free services include:
- Blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes screenings
- Behavioral and mental health support
- Men’s health services
- Breast cancer education
- Nutrition guidance
- Discharge education and health resources
