Conflict is bound to emerge any time two or more people are working together, and this module equips participants with the tools they need to navigate through tough moments of disagreement in the workplace, including focusing on making the situation safe, demonstrating that the other person is valuable, finding our shared purpose, demonstrating candor, all while wrapping it in effective communication.
