• Welcome Wine: Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc
• 1st Course: Silver Queen Corn Chowder paired with Cakebread Chardonnay
• 2nd Course: Spinach Ravioli in Vodka Sauce paired with Cakebread Pinot Noir
• 3rd Course: Veal Saltimbocca with Mashed Potatoes paired with Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon
• 4th Course: Limoncello Cake

Reserve Your Spot: We will have a complimentary educational tasting at Cork & Glass at 6PM-7PM (before the dinner, open to the public), no need to RSVP for the tasting though reservations are required for the wine dinner (7PM at Casa Nuova). Also, reservations can be made by calling 770-475-9100 or booking on Resy (make sure to indicate you are booking for the wine dinner)
*special note: Due to the communal warm style of our wine dinners, guests may be seated with other parties at the same table to foster connection and friendship.
