Influenza preservative free flu shot for 6m-64y
Influenza flu shot for 65y+
Influenza nasal Flumist for 2-49y, without history of wheezing or immune compromise
COVID vaccine, Pfizer for 6m-4y
COVID vaccine, Pfizer for 5-11y
COVID vaccine, Novavax for 12y+
You do not need to be a current patient/member to receive services.
Vaccines are free with insurance coverage, entered on registration:
