The telephone pole is only 40 feet in the air. That doesn't sound so high until you are at the top and now you have to get your feet on the top and stand upon it. Gary is participating in a leadership program. Climbing this pole, and then standing on top is a part of the team-building exercise. He's wearing a helmet in case he slips. And there are ropes attached to keep him from falling. His team is below, holding the ropes and cheering him on. He takes a breath, ignores the fear, stands up and raises his hands!
That is who Gary Thompson is. A fearless attorney. Gary's fearless attitude suits him well in traffic court, and in negotiating traffic accidents with insurance companies. When arguing tickets in front of judges, or negotiating with insurance companies you can't be fearful or intimidated. The stakes can be high if you lose. Clients are facing large fines, traffic school, or not being able to pay medical bills. Letting the fear get to you can be the difference between winning and losing. And that is why Gary wins more cases than he loses.
Gary graduated from the University of Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV) with a business degree. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of San Diego. Gary began practicing law in 1995 and is licensed to practice in the State of Nevada. Gary is also admitted to practice law before all District Courts in the State of Nevada, as well as the U.S. Federal District Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
