Promotion of Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a nonprofit veterinary clinic serving Oroville and the surrounding communities by providing affordable, high-quality veterinary care. Our mission is to reduce animal suffering and pet overpopulation through low-cost spay and neuter services, vaccinations, wellness exams, microchipping, dental care, diagnostic testing, and community education. Since 1981, PAWS has been dedicated to helping pets receive the medical care they need regardless of an owner's financial situation. We proudly partner with local organizations and community members to promote responsible pet ownership, improve animal welfare, and keep pets healthy, safe, and in loving homes.
