Albuquerque Adult Learning Center

Albuquerque Adult Learning Center (ABQ-ALC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2010, formerly known as Albuquerque GED®, Inc. Our focus is on providing literacy, high school equivalency preparation, post-secondary transition assistance, and career preparation to adults in under-served communities within the Albuquerque Metro area. With a strong commitment to community-based education, we operate our programs out of various community centers, thanks to the support and generosity of the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.

Our dedicated team of instructors and volunteers are passionate about empowering individuals through education. We offer personalized instruction and support, ensuring that each learner's unique needs and goals are met. Our programs aim to equip adults with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in today's rapidly changing world. Whether it's preparing for the high school equivalency exam, transitioning to higher education, or obtaining essential job skills, ABQ-ALC provides comprehensive services to help individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their aspirations.

At ABQ-ALC, we envision a community where every adult has access to quality education and the opportunity to enhance their lives through learning. We are committed to making a lasting impact by breaking barriers, fostering academic success, and empowering individuals to thrive in their personal and professional endeavors. Join us at Albuquerque Adult Learning Center as we continue to transform lives through education, one learner at a time.
