WHY
Over the Years of service to others, it has been my aspiration to see leaders and their teams succeed. Whether it is as a military leader mentoring new leaders into the U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officers Community, or consulting, mentoring, and coaching business leaders who want to expand their business and have their employees feel like family while doing it. The joy of their success brings joy to me knowing I was a small part of the leader and their team's success.
HOW
With a combination of consulting, mentoring, and coaching I am able to help you the business owner or team leader see the benefit of bonding together with leadership development, employee development, communication, and team cohesion. With these values bolstered in the workplace, the business will have a strong commitment to the business core values and each other. Ultimately leading to a high level of success.
WHAT
I assess your business climate; look at your employee retention, what type of training is provided to team leaders and what type of training is provided to the staff; what composes a team within the organization. Do you have the right people doing the right jobs? I like to call it having the right people, in the right seats on the right bus heading for success. Once that is established, I begin to mentor and coach the leader and team members. Using many different tools such as surveys and or providing assessments (such as DiSC, playing the /leadership Game, or a 360-leader assessment) to team leaders, and members. Once a team baseline is determined. I then coach and train all to build a team that communicates and works together for each other, and ultimately the organization. Once we begin working together you have my assurances that you and your team, are of my utmost consideration.
