American Fork Fire/Rescue is a combination department of 62 members. We serve a community of 25,000 that can increase to near 75,000 during the day. We serve a six-square-mile area with the freeway, railroad, lake shore and high occupancy facilities.
We provide fire and medical protection for the City of American Fork, and we have agreements to help neighboring cities as needed. We are staffed with nine, 24/7/365, personnel that is fire and EMS trained.
We provide the highest level of pre-hospital care (ALS/Paramedic), and our fire attack training is progressive, fast and effective. We comply with all HIPPA and privacy laws. (See our privacy policy here.)
We staff fire apparatus and three ALS ambulances with the ability to call back off-duty personnel to mitigate multiple incidents. American Fork Station 51 is the busiest station in Utah County, responding to nearly 3,000 calls a year.
