Terra manages a variety of residential properties, including apartments, single-family homes, and home owners’ associations. Terra’s apartment portfolio extends throughout Southern Illinois, and includes both conventional and federally subsidized properties. Apartment subsidies are received through Rural Development and Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Terra also has more than fifteen years of experience managing properties in the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC). Terra’s experience is widely recognized by State and Federal Agencies, including the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and the IRS.

Terra employs full-time, experienced maintenance personnel to meet the needs of tenants and owners of both residential and commercial properties. Terra’s maintenance associates can handle most aspects of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.  Terra’s staff will even oversee major projects, such as roof and siding repairs, so you do not have to.
