Paris Carnegie Public Library was established as a city library in 1904. The library is a member of Illinois Heartland Library System.

Library services include:

• programs for adults and children
• public computers and WiFi
• meeting rooms

Parking is available on Main Street and in the lot on the north side of the library. There is a street level entrance on the north side with an elevator.
