Andy Vargas has owned and operated this small Hispanic Excavating & Sewer Company for over 20 years. In High School he worked with his dad and uncles doing concrete work after school and during the summers. After graduating he went to an operating engineers school for 4 years, recieving apprenticeship training with: Wren Reese on Rt 30 bridges, Bay Construction, Miller Brothers all over NW Ohio, Busch Inc., and Glen Graffice at Davis Besse.

In the fall of 1982 he bought his own backhoe and started doing side jobs until it was time to move foward. In 1984 he launched his own company, Andy's Excavating & Sewer, with the help of my wife Laura. Today, their daughters Andria and Lauryn work with them in the family business.
