Fleming & Barnes, Inc. is a California 501(c) Public Benefit Organization, governed by a group of concerned volunteers serving as our Board of Directors. These caring individuals devote the time and expertise needed to effectively operate and grow a service-oriented organization. Currently, Fleming & Barnes does business as Dimondale Adolescent Care Facility, providing residential services to abused, neglected, and/or at-risk-youth at four facilities throughout Los Angeles County.
We work closely with the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services, as well as LA County Juvenile Probation. Our operations are governed predominately by Title 22 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code. Each of our facilities is licensed by the Community Care Licensing division of the California Department of Social Services. This agency also licenses our Administrators.
