Our mission is to provide services, training and jobs to people with barriers to employment.

Our vision is that we are a mission-driven, self-sufficient organization characterized by collaboration and outreach.  Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona is dedicated to the ideal of strengthening our families and community through the Power of Work!

Goodwill offers free one-on-one job search assistance to anyone in the community looking for a job (including tips on resume writing, access to computers for on-line job applications, interview practice and more). We also provide computer/customer service training to people and assist them in finding a job after graduation. To promote literacy, Goodwill - in partnership with the Reading Seed, provides free children's books to low-income children. Goodwill is also a major employer in Tucson - employing more than 500 people. 

These are just some of the services that Goodwill provides to our community. We believe in changing lives through the Power of Work.
