2010 - 4000 lb. Hammer base set.
2009 - Q-Form 3D simulation software is implemented to aid engineering in determining optimal die design and to address any foreseeable problematic areas.
2008 - Addition installed to the south side of the hammer shop to house 4000 lb. closed die forging hammer.
2006 - Carbo Forge becomes 100% Employee Owned closed die forging company.
2005 - Carbo Forge adopts a ZERO defect policy.
2003 - Carbo Forge is featured in Forging Magazine for being a Quality Standard Pioneer due to TS16949 registration.
2002 - Carbo Forge is audited for TS 16949:2002 & ISO 9000:2000.
2000 - Carbo Forge purchased another 10,000 square foot in order to build a training/storage facility west of the current steel forging operations.
Carbo Forge, a TS 16949 & ISO 9001 closed-die forger, has been in operation since 1961. Located in Fremont, Ohio: Carbo Forge is the first closed-die forging company in the United States and Canada to be registered to the TS16949 standard.
