In addition, Brenda has represented both buyers/sellers and landlord/tenants in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail, industrial and office properties. Clients include investors, developers, churches, restaurants, retail franchisors, industrial businesses and medical professionals.
Amongst many other clients, Brenda represented Tri-Star Properties in the acquisition of a retail redevelopment site on Hwy 47 in Warrenton, Air Land & Sea Express, LLC in the lease of 4,000 square feet of office in Maryland Heights, First American Resources Inc. in the lease of 26,000+ SF of manufacturing space in Earth City and owner of Iron Star Realty, Penny Pitman in the lease of several of her “Main Street” properties.
Over the past four years Brenda has represented Resource for Human Development in securing three leases and two expansions in St. Charles and Bridgeton Missouri for a total of 20,000+ square feet of office space.
June of 2013 Brenda represented the Dickus’ Trust in the sale of 4.77 acres in St. Charles County to MCCSC, Inc., an organization of worship. Her knowledge of ground development, county regulations, and not for profit business structure assisted the seller in securing almost three times the assessed value of their property.
Brenda understands and can provide the financial and market analysis necessary for a user or investor to make their best commercial real estate decisions.
Brenda has a strong commitment to her community. She is currently serving as Immediate Past President of St. Charles Community College Foundation Board and Treasurer of the O’Fallon, Missouri Chamber of Commerce.
