Top Line Jaguar has an open shop policy that allows customers to see under the car before, during, and after their repairs. We welcome customers to come into the shop so that the technician can show and explain their Jaguar's problem to them before work is done. We also encourage customers to take a look at the completed work in the shop and have the technician show them the new parts on the car.

Since we only work on Jaguars, we often can save customers a lot of money on diagnosing their problem. Over the years, we've seen just about all of them.

Top Line repairs and maintains Jaguars from the 1940's to the present. That requires a tremendous amount of knowledge, and we have worked very hard to keep staff that can cover the entire Mark.

Many of our clients are other repair shops that take in a Jaguar and send it to us to diagnose and repair. They avoid having their shop and technicians tied up for long periods of time trying to diagnose problems that they are not well equipped to repair. They are able to make more money by subletting it to us.

Top Line has over 10,000 square feet of shop area, with 19 service bays, 9 with lifts. We have specialized diagnostic equipment and tools that only Jaguars require, including exclusive Jaguar diagnostic computers.

We perform all scheduled service and maintenance, as required to keep your Jaguar warranty in effect.

We honor extended warranties, and we will take care of communicating with the insurance company.

We can rebuild many parts in house that other shops have to buy or have rebuilt for them (cylinder heads, automatic transmissions, differentials, brake calipers, and many computer and electronics modules, to name a few). This can save money, but it is also essential when parts are no longer available. There are very few shops that rebuild enough Jaguar parts to be really good at it, so we have our own technicians, who have been doing it for many years, do the rebuilding.

We also have a huge used parts inventory for parts no longer supplied by Jaguar or even by after-market suppliers.

Our technicians are ASE and Jaguar certified and have extensive Jaguar experience. They have developed long-term relationships with many of our customers, who over the years have come to trust us to keep their Jaguars in mint condition. Some of our customers own truly classic Jags, and they rely on us to prepare them for car shows and Concourses. We have had many winners and take great pride in our work.

We warranty our work for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
