Client service is the objective of Greater Phoenix SCORE and our volunteer business counselors are dedicated to providing the best possible service. Face-to-face, by telephone or online, the counselors of Greater Phoenix SCORE are able and willing to aid in the success of small business. SCORE counselors provide you with in-depth, industry-specific business assistance to help evaluate a business idea or plan, resolve business problems, stimulate business growth and ensure long-term stability.

Free Counseling:

SCORE works by matching business management counselors with current and prospective business owners in need of expert advice. With 100 counselors locally and more than 10,500 working or retired volunteers nationwide, SCORE has experts in virtually every area of business

Counseling is available in several different ways: face-to-face, by telephone or e-mail. While this counseling is generally provided at the locations detailed in this web site, on-site or neutral location counseling can also be specially arranged.

Team counseling by a group of specialists is also available when dictated by the situation or requested by the primary counselor to bring a broader range of skills to bear on a client’s problem.

SCORE provides free and confidential business counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business. Whether you are just starting a business or expanding an established business, SCORE counselors are here to help you succeed. Our office hours vary by location, but are generally 9 AM to 1 PM weekdays except for holidays and also on Saturday mornings . Please refer to our counseling locations for specific hours, contact telephone numbers and a map to the location. Most locations operate by appointment, so please schedule an appointment in advance if you have a preferred time.

There is no charge for counseling, no matter how many sessions are needed. Each session will last about one hour. We will continue to be interested in your progress, so follow-up sessions are encouraged. Counseling is available to all U.S. citizens over the age of 18.
