PORA (Property Owners and Residents Association) is a member-supported, non-profit organization that provides services to the residents of the unincorporated retirement community of Sun City West in all civic matters except those strictly dealing with the administration and operation of the recreational facilities.  PORA is the Voice of Good Government in Sun City West.

PORA Maintains:  (1) Visitors Center, which also serves as an official satellite office for Arizona State Tourism and has brochure slots available for specific businesses (2) Website listing organizations, businesses, and information on programs and events; (3) Weekly Newsletter emailed to 6,000 email addresses; (4) Adult Learning, continuing adult education; (5) Offices for Tax Assessor, State Attorney General, U.S. State Representative, CC&R's, Master Gardeners.
