Altera Festival is a two-day AI Summit and Cinema Experience taking place June 16 and 17, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia. The festival brings together brand leaders, filmmakers, creative technologists, educators, and innovators to explore how generative AI and emerging technology are reshaping media, storytelling, and culture.

Day 1 is The Summit, a full day of sessions at MODEx Studio focused on enterprise adoption, commercial production, IP, governance, and the business of generative media. Day 2 is The Craft, a full day at Ambient Plus Studios built for filmmakers, artists, and independent creators.

Opening Night on June 16 at 7pm features BraveWave, a live EEG-powered immersive experience previously featured at Art Basel, alongside the ATL ARt Awards presented by the City of Atlanta.
