Integrated Behavioral Health Services has been a licensed substance abuse program in Iowa since 1981, holding a 3-year accreditation by CARF International for meeting quality standards that enhance the lives of persons served. The organization also holds Chapter 24 Accreditation for Mental Health Services. ZION is part of the IDPH Integrated Provider Network, with services funded by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

They offer a comprehensive range of services, including SUD/Problem Gambling Treatment, Mental Health Therapy, Residential/Halfway programs, Prevention services, and various assessments. Additional offerings include Continuing Care Outpatient SUD, Extended Outpatient SUD/Problem Gambling, Intensive Outpatient SUD, Adult Male Residential and Halfway SUD Treatment, Peer Recovery Coaching, Anger Management, Drug Testing, 12 Hour OWI Classes, Mental Health Outpatient, Medication Management, Peer Support Services, and Community Support Services.
