Village Steps Foundation is dedicated to supporting communities and serving friends and neighbors through various programs and services. The organization partners with entities like World Vision Zambia to enhance access to education, dignity, and well-being for vulnerable children across Zambia. Key initiatives include the 'Shoes for Smiles. Walk This Way' campaign, which provides over 10,000 pairs of shoes to children in underserved districts to promote school attendance and safety.

Additionally, Village Steps provides bicycles to girls to overcome long distances to school, thereby improving attendance, safety, and future opportunities. The foundation also supports the Kabanana’s Women Initiative in preparing meals at a preschool and, in partnership with World Vision Zambia, facilitates the production of hygiene pads for girls to reduce school absenteeism.
