My name is Crystal Dunn, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the food industry, with much of my knowledge shaped through extensive research, nutraceutical conferences, and deep dives into farming and food systems. My understanding of food began early in life, learning from my grandparents that nourishment can be grown in our own backyards and that we share responsibility for how our food is sourced. That foundation stayed with me as my professional journey evolved.

Through hands-on farm experience, personal research, and my own family’s needs, I saw firsthand how much better fresh, whole foods truly taste — and how deeply they support overall well-being. As a parent of four, I made the intentional decision to slow down professionally to be more present in my children’s lives. That shift strengthened my commitment to health, family, and community.

After facing family health challenges, my own health concerns, and immune struggles with my children, my path became clear. I became passionate about helping others move away from processed foods and toward whole, nourishing choices, offering guidance toward plant-based or vegan lifestyles when desired. My work is rooted in the belief that while the food system may be flawed, individuals can reclaim their health through informed, simple changes — creating a sustainable lifestyle, not a temporary diet.
