The Dirty Bourbon is the most popular Country Western bar in Albuquerque, New Mexico, opened in January of 2011! The Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall and Saloon is the only bar in Albuquerque to feature TWO MASSIVE 53 foot main bars along with a 1,300 square foot dance floor!

Happy Chickenzz's creation is credited to Chef Tony's love of specialty chicken and his love of cooking!  Combining his cooking style with his Laotian culture, he wanted to create something unique in the city of Albuquerque.  

Fun fact: Happy Chickenzz is a metaphor. It's okay to be scared trying something new, but smile and be happy doing it.
