Founded by Shannon and Sam Kennedy, the company grew from more than 30 years of hands-on healthcare experience and a shared belief that in-home care should be respectful, reliable, and deeply human. After navigating personal care needs themselves, they set out to build a local home care provider rooted in dignity, consistency, and genuine trust for every family served.

Following Sam’s retirement from the heavy civil construction industry as a dedicated safety professional, Copper Star Home Care was launched to deliver high-quality non-medical in-home care through compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants who understand both the personal and professional sides of caregiving. Every service reflects a commitment to safety, accountability, and heartfelt support. Shannon and Sam are proudly registered with the Arizona State Board of Nursing, reinforcing their dedication to excellence and the community they are honored to serve.
