First Tee Idaho is a youth development organization dedicated to empowering young people across Idaho through the game of golf. Founded in 2005, we are one of more than 150 chapters of First Tee nationwide, recognized as a leader in youth character education. By integrating golf with a research-based life skills curriculum, we create meaningful learning experiences that help kids build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience they can carry into every area of their lives.

Serving youth ages 7–18, First Tee Idaho delivers the Life Skills Experience curriculum, developed by experts in positive youth development and taught by coaches trained through The First Tee Coach Program. In addition to learning golf fundamentals, participants gain essential leadership and life skills that prepare them for success at school, at home, and in their communities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, First Tee Idaho is proud to rely on the generous support of local corporations, foundations, and individuals who share our commitment to shaping the next generation.
