Matthew Tsai:

Matthew is a Managing Partner at Tsai Dunn Law. Matthew has extensive experience handling both complex commercial litigation and business transactions from working at large regional law firms. With that background, Matthew counsels clients on pitfalls to avoid when entering into business contracts and advocates for quick and favorable results for his clients in personal injury matters. Matthew, along with his co-Managing Partner, James Dunn, also provides comprehensive estate planning services.

Before working for two renowned Am Law 200 firms, Matthew served as a law clerk for Justice Ron Parraguirre of the Nevada Supreme Court. Matthew is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Matthew was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In his spare time, Matthew loves to travel, indulge in all types of cuisine, exercise, and spend quality time with his family.

James Dunn:

James is a Managing Partner at Tsai Dunn Law. James's background includes representing celebrities and tech founders to protect and further their estate, wealth, and charitable planning strategies.

Before forming Tsai Dunn Law, James practiced at an Am Law 200 firm and an Am Law 100 firm and served as a law clerk for Justice Michael Cherry of the Nevada Supreme Court.
