Lancaster Assembly #17, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, is a nonprofit youth service organization dedicated to empowering young women ages 11 to 20 through leadership development, personal growth, and community involvement. Founded as part of an international organization established in 1922, Rainbow for Girls was created to help young women build confidence, character, and a strong sense of responsibility while encouraging service to their schools, families, and communities.
