Workforce Connections, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, serves as Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board, overseeing the One-Stop Delivery System across Clark, Nye, Lincoln, and Esmeralda counties. Our mission is to connect employers with a skilled, ready workforce by building strong partnerships with businesses and the community. We provide job seekers with access to education, training, and employment opportunities while supporting local employers with workforce solutions, career resources, and industry-aligned talent development.
