Founded in 1953, the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA) is the largest and oldest local trade association representing the residential construction industry in Nevada, with more than 500 members spanning all facets of home building. The Association is dedicated to enhancing quality of life by supporting responsible housing and community development throughout Southern Nevada.

As an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders, SNHBA is part of a nationwide network advocating for a strong housing industry and expanded homeownership opportunities. Through leadership, education, and collaboration, SNHBA works to advance its members’ success while strengthening the communities they help build.
