The National Coalition of 100 Black Women – Las Vegas Chapter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to uplifting Black women and girls in the Las Vegas community and beyond. Rooted in the belief that every woman and girl deserves equal opportunity and empowerment, our chapter works to advance leadership development, promote gender equity, and address socio-economic disparities that affect health, education, and economic opportunities. We are part of a national network of thousands of committed women across more than 60 local chapters who champion meaningful change and create pathways for success through advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement.

Guided by our vision of a world where socio-economic inequity does not exist, we organize initiatives and programs that support health awareness, educational achievement, and economic empowerment for Black women and girls. Our efforts aim not only to influence policy and expand access to resources but also to foster a strong community of leaders who inspire future generations. Through collaboration, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we strive to make a lasting impact across Southern Nevada and help build a brighter, more equitable future for all.
