Assisting Lives in Las Vegas is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children and adults through meaningful community programs. Guided by a mission to meet essential needs and help families flourish, our member volunteers lead with commitment, integrity, accountability, and respect. Since our founding in 1976, we have focused on addressing underserved needs across all age groups through hands-on involvement and innovative philanthropic initiatives that create lasting impact.

Each year, our volunteers contribute more than 65,000 hours in service to at-risk children and families throughout the Las Vegas community. Our impact is further strengthened through signature efforts such as the Assisting Lives in Las Vegas Thrift Shop, recognized as Best of Las Vegas for nine consecutive years, and our auxiliary programs, Desert Sage and Volunteens, which expand access to volunteerism and cultivate future leaders. Together, we remain steadfast in our commitment to ethical leadership and making a measurable difference in the lives we serve.
