The Marshall County Fairgrounds offers building rentals throughout the year. In 2019, the new Community Center was built. "The Marshall County Community Center may be used for municipal and civic purposes by patriotic civic/service and educational organizations. The Marshall County Community Center may be used by any person, company, or corporation for entertainment, recreation, or any other project of community interest. The Marshall County Community Center may be used by any individual for weddings, receptions, family receptions, or any other personal gatherings.
