At the Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation (CBSF), we are dedicated to ensuring that every child in the Gunnison Valley has the opportunity to experience the joy, growth, and lifelong benefits of snowsports. Our mission is to empower local youth by providing financial support for snowsports programs, helping more kids get on snow and thrive.

Through scholarships and funding, CBSF supports a variety of programs, including Crested Butte Nordic, Ski for PE, and Cranor Hill’s free Wednesday sessions. Over the years, our scholarship offerings have grown from just a handful to nearly 70 annually, reflecting our unwavering commitment to making snowsports accessible to all local youth. In the past year alone, we proudly supported over 500 children, helping them explore, learn, and flourish through winter sports.
