I have taken over 35 hours of training to become confident and knowledgeable in Texas Residential Leasing. I help landlords protect their investment and get their homes leased quickly using strong marketing, virtual staging, and clear, well-written leases. I also work closely with tenants to help them find the right home, help protect their deposit and ensure there are no ambiguous terms in the lease, so there are no surprises later.
