Cairn Health, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) social service non-profit organization based in Wichita, Kansas. Our primary mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals by providing accessible prescription assistance and vision care services to low-income, at-risk populations. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to maintain their health and visual acuity without facing financial barriers.

Committed to improving the health of individuals throughout Kansas, Cairn Health offers supportive services alongside primary and preventive care. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and vision services, regardless of their financial situation.

Established as the "Medical Service Bureau" in 1937 by a group of physicians and nurses from the Medical Society of Sedgwick County, our organization has a long history of serving the community. Originally founded to provide medical assistance to low-income individuals based on their ability to pay, we have evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of our community.

In 2019, we changed our name to Cairn Health, Inc., symbolizing our commitment to guiding individuals toward better health and well-being. Just like a cairn serves as a landmark or trail marker for travelers in remote areas, we strive to provide guidance and support for those navigating their healthcare journey.

By offering essential medical services and building a strong referral network for primary care and prevention, we aim to improve the quality of life for all members of our community while reducing reliance on emergency rooms for uninsured and indigent patients.
