Revitalize San Pedro Partnership Inc.

Revitalize San Pedro Partnership Inc. (RSPP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The organization was established as a result of a coalition formed over ten years ago by four neighboring neighborhood associations and local business leaders with the common goal of preserving and enhancing the San Pedro Corridor, which spans from I-40 to Central Avenue in Albuquerque.

As a participant in the New Mexico MainStreet Accelerator project, RSPP is proud to be one of 32 MainStreet districts across the state. This program falls under the umbrella of the state’s Economic Development Department and is affiliated with Main Street America.

The mission of Revitalize San Pedro Partnership Inc. is to facilitate opportunities for improvement, growth, preservation, and promotion of the San Pedro Drive Corridor between I-40 and Central Avenue in Albuquerque. The ultimate vision is to create a vibrant, diverse, safe, economically vital, attractive, and welcoming environment for all community members and visitors alike. This mission is achieved through active engagement and collaboration with local businesses, community members, and partners.

RSPP works tirelessly to address various aspects of community development within the San Pedro Corridor including economic revitalization efforts aimed at supporting local businesses and attracting new investments. Additionally, RSPP focuses on enhancing public spaces through beautification projects while also promoting safety initiatives to ensure that residents feel secure within their neighborhoods.

Through its dedication to fostering partnerships and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, Revitalize San Pedro Partnership Inc. continues to make significant strides toward achieving its mission of revitalizing the San Pedro Corridor into a thriving hub for economic activity and community life in Albuquerque.
