We’re a local business, homegrown right here in Albuquerque, and backed by one of the biggest brands in real estate. Founded in 1964, we’ve grown through the generations. In 2022 our owners Bridget Gilbert and Laura Garner stepped in to lead ERA Summit with a bright vision for our future.

While our own family has grown over the decades, the same is true for our clients. Our first-time buyers from the ’60s and 70’s are our downsizers today, and their grandchildren are finding their own first homes.
