Our journey began in 2017 in Cedar City, Utah, where we opened our first restaurant with 48 seats, serving up the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner in town. We quickly gained a loyal following by smoking our meats and crafting unique dishes that kept both locals and travelers coming back for more. With the success of our Cedar City location, we expanded south to a larger venue in Saint George, Utah. In 2019, our first year there, we exceeded expectations and weathered the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As our children grew and started their journeys, we felt the pull of a tropical climate. That’s when Anna Maria Island captured our hearts. We decided to sell our Saint George location, and a year and a half later, we closed our Cedar City spot as well. Now, we're excited to bring something fresh and delicious to Florida!
