Waterloo Citizens for a Pool, WCP, is a community organization, dedicated to bettering our community, our families and especially, our youth, through bringing a pool back to the city of Waterloo, Illinois.
We host General Assembly Meetings at 7 pm the third Wednesday of each month at the Morrison-Talbott Library. Join us to see how you can help bring a pool back to Waterloo, IL!
