Empowerment Within LLC provides individual and couples therapy as well as community workshops to support not only the healing of our past but expansion into our future. We utilize innovative therapies to get you to know yourself again, and grow into who you want to be. 

We have 7 clinicians all versed in different areas of therapy from: anxiety, business ownership, trauma, perinatal, LGBTQIA, self-compassion, grief, and expansion. All of our clinicians are experienced in Brainspotting, a therapeutic tool to help you bridge the gap between what you know to what you feel. If you notice barriers in your life that continue to be challenges, struggling with initiating self-care, exercise, nutrition, starting or growing your business, communicating with others the way you want to, these barriers are usually not a problem of consistency, motivation or discipline. We all have old messages stored in our subcortical brain, holding us back from our full alignment. 

Therapy doesn't have to mean you are broken into one million pieces and need to be put together, the right therapy can support us in going from fine to thriving, from slowed down to engaged with life.
