Central Jersey Board of Realtist

The Central Jersey Board of Realtist, a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), is dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership and economic empowerment within Black communities. Based in Flemington, New Jersey, our mission is to foster inter-generational wealth creation by enhancing property ownership and real estate investments. Through advocacy, education, and community engagement, we uphold NAREB's commitment to "Democracy in Housing," ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

Founded in 1947, NAREB has been at the forefront of addressing disparities in housing and advocating for fair housing practices. The Central Jersey Board of Realtist supports these efforts locally by implementing NAREB's Five Pillars, which focus on civic engagement, community development, economic advocacy, education, and legislative involvement. Our chapter works tirelessly to provide resources, support, and opportunities for Black households, striving to close the homeownership gap and create thriving, resilient communities.
